AGENT INTERVIEW QUESTIONS FROM BILL EISEMAN AND ASSOCIATES

1. Are you a full-time agent? Do you work at least 40 hours a week selling real estate, or do you have another full or part-time job.

2. What are you doing, on a daily basis, to sell my home?

3. Do you have a daily schedule to keep you on track or focused on the job of selling homes?

4. Do you 'specialize' in a particular neighborhood or city? If yes, how do you plan on attracting buyers from neighboring cities that might want to move to my neighborhood?

5. How frequently will you be contacting me with feedback from your potential buyers, and other agents that have shown the property?

6. Will I be working with you throughout the terms of our agreement, or will I be delegated to your assistant or voice-mail waiting for a call back?

7. Do you have a concise marketing plan to get my home sold?

8. How many listings do you currently have?

9. How many homes have you sold over the past year?

10. How will my home be advertised? How will you find buyers for my home?

11. Do you work with Buyers as well as Sellers?

12. Can I cancel the listing agreement with 24 hours notice if I am not satisfied with the job that you are doing? Is that guarantee in writing?

MOST IMPORTANT: Ask yourself this question at the end of the interview:

Will the agent tell you what you WANT to hear, or what you NEED to hear to get your home sold?
